Doris Kindelberger has been a personal trainer since 1999 while assisting Dwain in some fashion for most of their years together.
Doris was an integral part of Dwain's success during his years as a world class bodybuilder, personal fitness trainer and nutrition manager to the stars while operating Designer Bodies 'Personal & Nutrition Management'
Doris though never competitive in fitness or figure competitions has been able to live life fit and trim in spite of her commitment to personal training dozens of clients each week while helping raise
their 5 children and assisting at some level with their 6 grandchildren.
Daniel Otero's fitness journey started as an over weight youth. At the age of 12 Daniel became quite disgusted with his appearance and lack of overall wellness. So he decided to do something about it. Not having the funds to hire a professional to help him reach his goals, he did research on his to
come up with an inexpensive diet and exercise approach. And remarkably he lost 60lb in 5 short months on his own!
Daniel went on to invest 6 years of his life in the United States Air Force where he furthered his education and commitment to fitness.
Daniel also graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a bachelors degree in education.
Daniel's resume also boasts national level certifications as a Parisi Sports Performance Coach, ROCKTAPE Specialist,
and EMT (Emergency
Daniel has trained and worked with some the best trainers in the Southwest, and he is quick to give credit to these individuals for helping further his career.
Daniel has participated and played sports for most of his life. These sports include wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, karate, boxing, football,
baseball and most recently powerlifting.
Daniel believes in pushing your body to its absolute limits with proper form and technique. He believes in lifting hard and heavy as long as it includes doing so with proper technique.
He believes vigorous training must also include a sound approach to recovery and heeling that includes stretching and self and manual myofascial release.
Daniel is always researching and
looking for new ways to challenge the body, spirit and mind. He himself has adopted and
encourages his athletes to live by the term, KAI•ZEN, which means "Continuous Improvement" or "Good Change".
